What areas do you cover?

Hamilton City, Cambridge, Te Awamutu, Ngaruawahia and nearby towns. We can also provide support anywhere in NZ via our secure remote connection tools.

How much do you charge?

Our standard rate for home visits is $55 per hour. Remote support (Quick Fix) is $45 per hour. SuperGold card holders receive a 10% discount on all labour.

Do you help with mobile phones and tablets?

Yes. We can help you set up your iPhone, Android, iPad, or tablet. We can show you how to use apps like WhatsApp, Zoom, and Facebook to stay in touch with family.

Are you police-vetted?

Yes. All our technicians are police-vetted and carry photo identification. We always wear KindTech branded apparel for your peace of mind.

Can you help with scams and internet safety?

Absolutely. We specialise in securing devices, setting up strong password managers, and teaching you how to identify and avoid common online scams.
